When you arrive, park next to the Maritime Parc building and call your Captain to let them know you are ready to sail.

When the Captain lets you know the vessel is at the fuel dock, walk to the end of the dock in front of Maritime Parc with the open gate where you see the big red "Fuel" sign and call the Captain on the number in your pre boarding doc.
